Services & Frequently Asked Questions
This page offers a clear, grounded sense of what working together might look like — the shape of the support I provide, the logistics of meeting, and answers to questions that often arise as people consider beginning therapy. My hope is that this feels spacious, informative, and reassuring.
Services
Individual Psychotherapy
45 minutes — $175
A reflective, collaborative space to explore the complexities of your inner life. We explore the patterns that feel stuck, moments asking for meaning, and relationships that feel tender or important. Our work unfolds at the pace of curiosity, safety, and connection.
Couples & Family Therapy
53 minutes — $275
Structured yet compassionate support for pairs or families navigating communication difficulties, ruptures, transitions, or long-standing patterns. These sessions make room for repair, clarity, and more grounded ways of relating.
Frequently Asked Questions
Where and how can I be seen?
I am licensed in New York State, which means I’m able to work with clients who are physically located in NY at the time of our sessions.
I offer both in-person therapy and remote therapy via secure video.
My office is located in Downtown Manhattan at:
11 Hanover Square
New York, NY 10005
The office is a 2–8 minute walk from the 2, 3, 4, 5, R, W, J, M, A, and C trains, and a quick bike ride from the Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Williamsburg bridges.
How much does it cost, and do you take insurance?
I am an out-of-network (OON) provider, which means I don’t participate directly with insurance plans. However, I’m able to provide superbills for those whose insurance offers out-of-network reimbursement.
Rates:
$175 — Individual Psychotherapy (45 minutes)
$275 — Couples & Family Therapy (53 minutes)
If you plan to use insurance reimbursement, it may be helpful to ask your insurance provider:
Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
What percentage of the session fee is reimbursed?
How do I submit claims?
Some HSA/FSA programs cover mental health services as well. Coverage for individual vs. couples therapy can differ, so checking ahead of time is recommended.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session incur a $100 fee.
Payment is due at each session unless other arrangements have been made.
I accept cash, check, Zelle, and credit cards.
